Reports (form 3300-24) required to be submitted monthly by all suppliers of groundwater for municipal water systems, including: daily quantities of water pumped; daily quantities of chemicals added to the water; daily operation of treatment processes; results of chemical, physical, or any other tests performed for plant control; groundwater depth measurements (static and pumping) at least weekly where applicable; totals and averages of the above where spaces are provided on the report form; and other data determined necessary by the Department.
